Meet the Partners, Information, of the Union Station Neighborhood Company

There is no more active development site in the United States than Denver's Union Station neighborhood. Today, 13 buildings are in various stages of construction, totaling over 4,000,000 square feet. And, that's just the half of it.

The Union Station Neighborhood is an exciting yet immense undertaking. One that requires extraordinary experience, skill, resources and vision. Our team has all this plus an unequalled commitment to the neighborhood— we’ve been involved with its revitalization for nearly two decades.

A 50/50 joint entity established by East West Partners and Continuum Partners, together, we’re more than just a developer. Our combined expertise in commercial and residential development, public/private projects, mixed-use projects, and great public spaces lets us go beyond building buildings to crafting the entire experience of a place.

We are the Union Station Neighborhood Company.
